Catering
Available for private parties, corporate events. Pricing based on number of servings, hours of service, add-ons and travel if more than 15 miles from Hilo.
Packages start at $350 for 50 servings minimum, 2 hrs service.
We have done: weddings; 1st baby parties; large corporate events at luxury resorts on the island; school sponsored events.
Fundraising
Full Turn-key Professional concession with literally everything excepting labor to run the fundraiser. Fundraisers obtain site permission, set event date/time and schedule volunteers to assist with order/servicing of flavors
Fundraisers set selling price and may select add-ons and flavors. Minimum event attendance of 300 attendees required.
Space requirements are adjacent parking stalls (5x8' trailer and 6x6' canopy); drive-up and level area.
Requires +300 event attendees mto qualify.
