We're 4th generation Hilo "locals". Bringing back the Hilo "kine ice shave" to Hilo as we know it. For something new (and fast...and fun) experience the latest "shave ice" technology and first self-pour flavor station in town. We call it "Wiki Wiki Ice Shave" (wiki wiki means fast in Hawaiian pidgin). Just cuz Hilo needs to preserve the old-style while growing with the new.
It's the water!
In Hilo we think we may have the best tasting water... in the world. No well or heavy mineral content water. It's just our Hilo Rain. That's the water we use to make our ice with. Filtered, then frozen, then shaved straight to you!

What's a great product made and served with local kine aloha called? Hilo Ice Shave!
Start with the best water, use the best machines then make and served by baristas who care.
If you are not happy with our ice shave or service let us know. We want to become famous for our aloha (not just our ice shave). We'll try our best to make it right or return your money if not happy with our effort.
